UKCTA Membership Criteria
Membership is open to companies competing in the fixed line communications market and who are committed to genuine competition.
To become a member of UKCTA a company must own a fixed electronic network, be engaged in the provision of fixed electronic networks and services and other business activities as may be considered by UKCTA to be compatible with the aims and objectives of the organisation. There is a relatively small annual joining fee, which helps to fund UKCTA.
UKCTA’S primary objective is to ensure that the UK communications market becomes genuinely competitive, an environment that maximises investment and innovation by all competitors and one that is free from undue discrimination.
